Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  
• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards through proactive engagement with government agencies.
  
• Design and maintain a comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS) to drive high-performance culture.
  
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition, retention & engagement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-27 years of experience in General Management - Human Resources role.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or related field.
  
• Proven expertise in Business HRBP activities such as change management initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate HR best practices including Talent Management & Succession Planning.
