Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance industrial relations in the manufacturing industry.
• Manage compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Oversee recruitment management processes to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Analyze data from analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

Job Requirements :

• 18-22 years of experience in Human Resources with expertise in manufacturing industry or renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical & life sciences industry.
• Proven track record of developing effective HR strategies that drive business outcomes such as improved productivity, reduced turnover rates, etc.
