Position: General Manager – Hotel
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Hospitality / 5-Star Hotel Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall hotel operations including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and Administration.
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Drive hotel revenue, profitability, occupancy, and business growth.
• Lead, train, and manage hotel teams and departmental heads.
• Monitor budgets, costs, MIS, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with hotel standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Handle VIP guests, key clients, and critical operational matters.
• Report directly to senior management and implement business strategies.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with strong experience in 5-star hotels.
• Proven experience as Hotel General Manager / Operations Head / Senior Hotel Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, guest-handling, and team-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and service standards.
• Mature, well-groomed, professional, and result-oriented personality.
