The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in executing 5-Star / Luxury upper scale Hotel Construction, refurbishment, redevelopment or upgrade projects, preferably in an operational hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinated with all project stakeholders, including Architects, Interior Designers, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire & Life Safety, ELV/IT, Lighting, Landscape, Kitchen & Laundry, Vertical Transportation, Acoustic, Faade, PMC, Contractors, Vendors, and Hotel Operations/Management teams to ensure smooth coordination, design integration, timely execution, and successful delivery of the 5-star hotel project in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Oversee and monitor the preparation, circulation, and timely execution of Minutes of Meetings (MoMs), ensuring proper follow-up on action points, clear assignment of responsibilities, and closure of pending issues within agreed timelines.
• Responsible for managing and supervising the Facilities Engineering (FE) team for the 5-star hotel project, including reviewing daily progress reports, assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring work execution, evaluating performance and deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications, and reporting progress, issues, and delays to management. Coordinated with relevant departments and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work, efficient resource utilization, and delivery of high-quality results in line with the hotel’s operational requirements and project deadlines.
• Monitor project cost, BOQ, billing, variations and overall budget control.
• Manage contractors, manpower, procurement and material requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety and statutory requirements.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure stringent quality control and compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Drive coordination among all project teams to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.
• Develop and manage project execution strategy, timelines, milestones and budgets.
• Ensure project execution as per approved design, quality standards, specifications and timelines.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution issues and ensure timely decision-making.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover of the project.
