- Manage daily company operations and activities.
- Assign tasks and follow up on team progress.
- Coordinate between team members and departments.
- Track restaurant onboarding, marketing, and ongoing projects.
- Ensure deadlines and priorities are completed on time.
- Identify and solve operational issues.
- Improve internal processes and workflows.
- Report regularly to the founders.
- Support team recruitment and onboarding as we grow.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate and follow up.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and project-management tools.
- Previous management, operations, startup, or business experience is preferred.
