General Manager Finance

The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision support function across the hospital network. The role is responsible for driving financial discipline, improving profitability, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and providing actionable insights that enable informed business decisions. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, unit CFOs, operations, clinical leadership, procurement, HR, and strategy teams to create a high-performance, data-driven finance organization. • Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP)
