About this role
The Head of FP&A will lead the financial planning, business performance management, and strategic decision support function across the hospital network. The role is responsible for driving financial discipline, improving profitability, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and providing actionable insights that enable informed business decisions. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, unit CFOs, operations, clinical leadership, procurement, HR, and strategy teams to create a high-performance, data-driven finance organization. Key Responsibilities 1. Annual Planning & Budgeting
- Lead Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP)
- Develop revenue, EBITDA, cash flow and capex budgets
- Standardize budgeting methodologies across hospitals
- Build driver-based financial models
- Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and budgets 2. Forecasting
- Own monthly rolling forecasts
- Improve forecast accuracy through predictive analytics
- Identify business risks and opportunities proactively
- Develop scenario planning (Best, Base & Worst Case) 3. Business Performance Management Lead monthly performance reviews covering
