1. Lead overall factory operations and production activities
2. Manage prewired rack and panel assembly operations
3. Drive production planning and scheduling
4. Coordinate with SCM and Stores
5. Manage inspections and quality activities
6. Coordinate with Engineering
7. Testing & Final Product Readiness
8. Coordinate packing and dispatch

Preferred candidate profile
• Experience in electrical/electronic panel or rack assembly/or similar engineered products will be preferred
• Experience in railway signalling / transportation systems / railway electronics/ control systems will be an advantage.
• Should have handled a factory or manufacturing function with multiple product lines and project-driven production.
• Experience in coordinating with customers, inspection agencies and third-party inspection bodies is preferred.
