General Manager - F&A

Role: GM – Financial Reporting & FP&A

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 17+ years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting and FP&A to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting activities in compliance with IND AS, with strong expertise in consolidation and group financials
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting, including variance analysis and performance tracking dashboards
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, highlight risks, and generate actionable insights for business decision-making
• Collaborate with auditors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Manage reporting timelines independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

Key Requirements:

• Qualified CA with 17+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of IND AS (especially consolidation and group reporting)
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with consolidation and FP&A tools will be an added advantage
