GM- CIVIL PROJECTS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor end-to-end execution of multiple civil projects. from UPRNN, C&DS
• Manage Project Managers, Site Engineers, Planning, Billing, QA/QC and site teams.
• Drive project time, cost, quality, productivity and resource management.
• Review DPR/WPR, project schedules, progress and critical activities.
• Coordinate with Government departments, clients, consultants, architects and contractors.
• Monitor BOQ, billing, measurements, material planning and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project specifications.
• Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site reviews and management-level project meetings.
• Provide strategic inputs to management for project planning and business growth

Strong working knowledge of:

• MS Project / Primavera P6 Project Planning & Scheduling
• AutoCAD Drawing review & coordination
• MS Excel / Advanced Excel – MIS, costing & project analysis
• MS Office – Reports, presentations & documentation
• Knowledge of ERP / Project Management Software will be an advantage.
• Ability to interpret GFC drawings, BOQ, BBS, DPR/WPR and project schedules.

Candidate fitment -

• More than 15+ years of proven experience in civil construction/project management.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Experience handling large-scale Government / Institutional / Infrastructure projects preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, contracts, planning, billing and execution.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory.
