Experience: 15–20+ years of experience in Administration, with exposure to both corporate offices and manufacturing/plant environments.

Background:Ex-Army / Defence personnel required with a disciplined, structured and hands-on approach to operations and facility management.

Location: Bangalore – local candidates or candidates willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility and infrastructure management across corporate office and plant/factory premises
• Vendor management, negotiations and contract administration
• Security, housekeeping and transport management
• Liaising with government authorities, local bodies and managing statutory compliance
• Budgeting, cost control and optimisation of administration expenses
• Employee welfare, cafeteria and general administration
• Crisis management, safety and emergency preparedness
• Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day administration across multiple locations

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and vendor management capabilities
• Proven experience in handling multi-location administration
• High integrity, discipline and a strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in both corporate and shop-floor/plant environments
