General Manager Accounts and Finance

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage overall Finance & Accounts functions and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. 
Handle and monitor book keeping, accounting entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and book closures. 
Manage invoicing, billing, revenue recognition, receivables, and payables. 
Prepare and review MIS reports, management dashboards, financial statements, and variance analysis. 
Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures. 
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, Tax Consultants, Banks, and other stakeholders. 
Monitor project-wise financial performance, cash flow, working capital, and profitability. 
Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory requirements. 
Provide financial inputs and analysis to senior management for business and project decisions. 
Monitor budgets, actual expenditure, cost controls, and financial forecasts. 
Handle project/SPV accounting and financial reporting, particularly for HAM projects. 
Coordinate with project, commercial, procurement, and operations teams for financial and billing-related matters. 
Establish strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 
Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Requirements :

Qualified CA with 18+ years of relevant experience. 
Strong knowledge of Book Keeping, Invoicing, MIS, Accounting, and Financial Reporting. 
Good understanding of SPV structures and HAM projects. 
Experience in project accounting, billing, receivables, and cash-flow management. 
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory compliance. 
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities. 
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. 
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
