General Ledger and Accounting

Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare monthly Cost-Plus workings and invoicing.
2. Perform GL scrutiny of OVH expenses to ensure there are no errors in cost recording.
3. Handle prepaid accounting.
4. Perform salary JV uploads and payroll accounting.
5. Review, report, analyze, and post accruals.
6. Perform SAP functions such as F.05 and F.101 as per the group schedule, along with reconciliation and sanity checks.
7. Perform monthly reporting in SAP Financial Consolidation through FIM upload and publish after resolving elimination control errors and intercompany mismatches.
8. Prepare OVH commentary and performance analysis based on Actuals vs. Budget.
9. Handle asset accounting as and when required.
10. Report intercompany transactions and ensure complete reconciliation.
11. Coordinate with other HL entities for recharges and related-party transactions.
12. Ensure correct tax accounting based on tax workings prepared by the Tax team.
13. Ensure correct accounting within parallel accounts for asset, pension, and lease transactions.
14. Assist in the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations.
15. Handle other GL-related activities as required.
16. Monitor expense claims and ensure timely processing and accounting.
