General Ledger Accountant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform monthly close processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports as required by management.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in GL Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., GAAP).
• Proficiency in R2R (Record-to-Report) process flows for journal entries, vouchers, etc.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation techniques.
