About this role
- Leading contractual support during pre-bid and tender stages, including review of tender documents, identification of contractual risks, and submission of contractual qualifications/deviations.
- Developing and implementing contractual risk mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational and commercial interests.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts, EPC agreements, NDAs, supply agreements, PPA, EPCIC, Turnkey, Cost Plus, Lump Sum, Item Rate, PPP, Annuity, BOT, MDO, and subcontractor contracts.
- Leading commercial negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favourable contractual and financial outcomes along with managing pre-bid agreements for international (USA, Europe, China) projects and vendors.
- Managing contract lifecycle including change orders, claims management, dispute resolution (arbitration, conciliation, adjudication, etc.), and settlements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients on contractual matters, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Providing contractual guidance and interpretation to internal stakeholders including project, procurement, finance, and leadership teams.
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, applicable laws, and internal governance policies.
- Maintaining contract documentation, trackers, and provide periodic updates on contractual risks, claims, and commercial exposure.
