General Accountant

GENERAL ACCOUNTANT UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 5,000/month
(Approx. 91,300 – 1,30,400)
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience: 2–5 Years
Preferred Industry: FMCG, HYPER MARKET

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & General Accounting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Manage import & export documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AP, AR and General Accounting.
• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting Software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One, Odoo or Oracle.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Preferred

• UAE trading company experience.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• ACCA / CMA / CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
