GenAI Staff

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6-10 years of experience to join our team as a GenAI Staff in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have expertise in RAG, LLM, fine-tuning, multi-agent, and agentic AI.

• Develop and implement advanced AI models using RAG, LLM, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy multi-agent systems.
• Fine-tune existing AI models to improve performance and accuracy.
• Work on projects involving agent-based modeling and artificial intelligence.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall codebase quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.

• Strong knowledge of RAG, LLM, fine-tuning, multi-agent, and agentic AI.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing scalable AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
