GenAI LeadLead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise Generative AI products across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and BFSI.Key Responsibilities

• Define GenAI product vision, roadmap, use cases, and technical strategy.
• Architect and productionize LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions.
• Build agentic workflows using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, and tool orchestration.
• Develop scalable AI services using Python, Fast API, vector databases, and cloud platforms.
• Establish LLM Ops, evaluation, observability, security, and AI governance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with executive/client stakeholders on solution strategy, adoption, and ROI.
• Lead technical teams, design reviews, mentoring, and delivery from PoC to production.

Required Skills

• 8-12+ years in software/AI engineering with strong GenAI/LLM experience.
• Hands-on RAG, LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Strong Python and cloud/microservices experience.
• Experience with Lang Chain/Lang Graph/Crew AI, Pinecone/Chroma DB, and LLM evaluation.
• Strong architecture, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Healthcare/Life Sciences or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
