GenAI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Developer with hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Python, and LangChain/LangGraph. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and LLM-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications and solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and task execution.
• Build AI agents and workflows using LangChain / LangGraph.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Develop robust and scalable applications using Python.
• Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, and external systems to build intelligent AI applications.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and response quality.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models for efficient information retrieval.
• Evaluate and optimize LLM/GenAI applications for accuracy, performance, latency, and cost.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into GenAI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI frameworks.
