GenAI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer who can combine strong development skills with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, and Azure to build impactful AI solutions for the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) domain.

If you enjoy working with LLMs, RAG, AI applications, and emerging GenAI technologies, this could be a great opportunity to work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Build and enhance GenAI/LLM-based applications using Python.
• Develop solutions using RAG, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Work with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
• Explore and implement new GenAI technologies to solve business problems.

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or related development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Good experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Strong exposure to the Healthcare / Life Sciences (HCLS) domain.
• Good understanding of APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Good to Have

• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Exposure to Azure AI Search or vector databases.
• Experience taking GenAI solutions from POC to production.
• Understanding of enterprise AI security and responsible AI practices.
