GenAI Architect

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise transformation projects to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage multiple projects focused on the development, deployment, and adoption of GenAI Agent solutions.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project governance and status meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Monitor project execution, identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive project governance and adherence to organizational standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining delivery excellence and quality standards.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across all project teams.
• Leverage Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.
• Track project KPIs, delivery metrics, and performance indicators.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and project status reports for leadership review.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in project or program management within technology-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GenAI Agents and related enterprise applications.
• Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience working in client-facing roles and managing senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of AI solution lifecycle management and enterprise-scale implementations.
