Gen AI Trainer - Freelance

Role Description The Freelance AI Trainer – Edtech will deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions at CADWORKS®s Noida location, focusing on AI-driven tools and workflows relevant to engineering, CAD, and GIS. This full-time on-site role involves designing and updating training content, creating practical exercises and projects, and using interactive methods to help learners understand AI concepts and their applications in real-world scenarios. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to different skill levels and backgrounds. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to align course material with industry requirements, staying current with emerging AI and edtech trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of the CADWORKS LEARNING platform.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in engineering, CAD, or GIS domains.

Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and creating structured learning paths for technical topics.

Proficiency in classroom delivery, learner engagement techniques, and explaining complex ideas in accessible language.

Ability to use edtech tools and learning management systems to manage content, track learner performance, and gather feedback.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.

Demonstrated capacity to work on-site full time in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications in AI or instructional design are a plus.

Previous experience as a trainer, educator, or mentor in technical or STEM-focused programs is highly beneficial.
