Gen AI Trainer - Edtech

About the Role:-

Cadworks India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and industry-oriented GenAI Trainer to deliver professional training programs for students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of AI technologies and the ability to translate complex concepts into structured, hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Deliver structured GenAI training sessions through online/offline modes.

· Conduct practical, hands-on sessions using real-world industry use cases.

· Explain AI concepts, tools and workflows clearly to learners.

· Develop or customize course content, assignments, assessments and projects.

· Guide learners in AI-based projects and practical implementations.

· Address technical queries and provide constructive feedback.

· Coordinate with the internal team regarding curriculum, training schedules and learner requirements.

· Maintain professional training standards and ensure effective learner engagement.

Required Skills:-

· Strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

· Proficiency in relevant AI tools, platforms and frameworks.

· Knowledge of Python, Deep Learning, LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering and AI Automation will be preferred.

· Strong presentation and communication skills.

· Ability to train both beginner and intermediate-level learners.

· Practical industry/project experience in AI is highly preferred.

· Prior experience as a GenAI/ML Trainer, Corporate Trainer or Technical Trainer will be an advantage.

Qualifications:-

· B.E./B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA or equivalent technical qualification (Python/GEN AI).

· 2+ years of relevant industry/training experience.
