Gen AI Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

Core skills: – Python (primary backend language) – Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise – AI/ML experience – Full-stack capable: React, Next.js (UI/frontend work) Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Interpret and analyze data problems. Build analytic systems, predictive and LLM models Design, develop, and optimize LLMs for a variety of tasks, such as text generation, translation, question answering, and code generation Collaborate with data scientists to collect and prepare data for LLM training Train and fine-tune LLMs using appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools Deploy LLMs to production and monitor their performance Conduct research on new LLM training and deployment techniques Stay up to date on the latest advancements in the field of natural language processing and machine learning Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues. Apply software security principles and best practices, secure coding, implementing authentication/authorization procedures. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements & plan sprints and deliver high-quality software applications/solutions. Assist in effort estimation and meeting project deadlines. Actively participate in Agile team activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
