Gen AI Technical Lead

Job Description:

Seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale GenAI, Agentic AI, and Automation solutions across SAP, Infrastructure, and IT Operations. The role will drive AI adoption, automation strategy, and business transformation using modern AI platforms and enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, architect, and implement high-value AI and automation use cases.
• Build solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Workflow Automation.
• Drive automation across service desk, incident management, knowledge management, SAP operations, and IT support processes.
• Integrate AI capabilities with SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, and enterprise applications.
• Define AI standards, governance, reusable frameworks, and accelerators.
• Track outcomes including ROI, productivity gains, cost reduction, ticket deflection, and service improvements.
