GEN AI Senior Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Gen AI Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and deploying Gen AI solutions, transforming proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives into scalable, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Build end-to-end LLM development and deployment pipelines, including data preparation, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Transform Gen AI proof-of-concepts into scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Design, implement, test, and optimize machine learning models and applications.
• Research and implement suitable ML algorithms, tools, frameworks, and data representation techniques.
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and prepare datasets for model training and evaluation, including synthetic data where required.
• Deploy models through REST APIs and cloud-based platforms.
• Apply Responsible AI and data privacy principles, ensuring ethical data handling, transparency, bias mitigation, and accountability.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization to support model development and decision-making.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM development, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain and Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of open-source and API-based LLMs.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
• Understanding of NLP, neural networks, computer vision, or speech processing.
• Experience in model evaluation, experimentation, deployment pipelines, and productionizing AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as Azure ML, AWS AI/ML, Google ML, or Databricks.
