Experience: 8-10 Years
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Lead Consultant) with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, AWS, API development, and backend engineering to build scalable AI-powered applications and agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Build RESTful APIs, GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Develop secure and high-performing API frameworks and integrations.
• Develop agent-based workflows, RAG applications, and prompt-driven solutions.
• Write, test, and optimize English prompts for business use cases.
• Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software engineering and backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Python
• Node.js
• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• Backend System Design
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.

AI & GenAI Skills

• Experience building applications using:
• OpenAI
• Azure OpenAI
• Anthropic Claude
• Amazon Bedrock
• Similar LLM platforms
• Hands-on experience with:
• AI Agents
• Agentic Workflows
• Multi-Agent Systems
• Prompt Engineering
• Prompt-Driven Development (PDD)
• RAG Architectures
• Vector Databases
• Ability to write, test, evaluate, and optimize English prompts for enterprise use cases.
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation, guardrails, hallucination mitigation, and model orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related discipline.
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, Machine Learning Specialty) preferred.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI governance and security controls.
• Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks and AI compliance requirements.
• Experience leading AI transformation or modernization initiatives.
