Senior Manager - GenAI Full Stack Development - 4+ Yrs - Bangalore We are looking for a highly skilled

GenAI Full Stack Engineer to architect and lead the development of enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable full-stack applications, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms. This role requires ownership of the application architecture, ensuring seamless integration between AI backends and modern web frontends.

Responsibilities -

• Design and develop scalable, production-ready

GenAI applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Architect microservices to efficiently process LLM requests, manage conversational context, and support streaming responses (Server-Sent Events/WebSockets).
• Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models into enterprise applications.
• Build high-performance backend services using FastAPI or Django and expose secure REST APIs.
• Develop responsive frontends using React.js or Next.js with a focus on low-latency user experiences.
• Deploy and manage AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes .
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Requirements -

• 4–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI or Django.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Proven experience integrating LLMs (Large Language Models) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or Llama into web applications.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or AI/ML-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Experience implementing streaming responses using Server-Sent Events (SSE) or WebSockets.
• Knowledge of context management, prompt engineering, and AI application workflows.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of cloud-native application architecture, scalability, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive end-to-end application architecture.
