We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer-Python with python, react, npm and node.js who thrives at the intersection of engineering and product. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams to design, integrate, and deploy AI-enabled solutions in real-world production environments. You will act as a technical owner from solution design through implementation and ensuring high-impact outcomes.
Job Details - Position Title AI Full Stack Architect
- Experience Level Mid to Senior
- Location Gurgaon / Bangalore / Pune
- 8-15 years of professional software engineering experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js for building modern, scalable front-end applications
- Strong backend development experience with Python and Node.js (API-first design)
- Solid proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript , npm , and modern build tooling
- Strong experience with system integration : REST APIs, webhooks, external services, authentication, and enterprise integrations
- Proven experience in production deployment & support , including debugging, performance tuning, and reliability engineering
- Strong knowledge of Git , branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (unit/integration/e2e) and secure engineering practices (auth, encryption, compliance basics)
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications using React (frontend) and Python/Node.js (backend)
- Build and integrate GenAI-powered features (e.g., chat copilots, summarization, extraction, search, automation) into real customer workflows
- Implement Agentic AI systems that can reliably use tools, call APIs, follow workflows, and operate with strong safety/guardrails
- Design systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, security, and forward compatibility
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science and Platform Engineering.
- Own solution delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring
- Create reusable components, internal tooling, and maintain high-quality technical documentation
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (or ECS, Cloud Run, etc.)
