Job Description: Key responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and deliver AI, Generative AI, and agentic AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, reduce cycle time, and enhance customer/colleague experience.

2. Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data) to identify high-value opportunities, translate them into requirements, and deliver scalable AI solutions that reduce manual effort and operational risk.

3. Establish and implement data & AI governance to ensure data quality, integrity, security, model risk controls, and responsible AI practices across the solution lifecycle (build, test, deploy, monitor).

Qualifications / skills 1. Generative AI expertise : Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and practical experience delivering solutions using LLMs, OCR, and/or RAG (prompting, evaluation, grounding, retrieval design, and productionisation considerations).

2. Technical depth: Proficiency in

Python and hands-on experience with
