Gen AI Engineer

About Position: We are seeking a highly experienced GenAI and Data Science Professional to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), GraphRAG, Agentic AI, and enterprise-scale AI platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Llama, Vertex AI, Google GenAI technologies, LoRA-based model fine-tuning, LLMOps, and knowledge graph-based retrieval architectures.

• Experience: Between 6 to 8 years
• Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using Vertex AI
• Build and manage pipelines using Vertex AI Pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment
• Deploy and manage models using Vertex AI Endpoints, AutoML, and custom training jobs
• Integrate Vertex AI Model Garden and foundation models (e.g., Gemini) into applications

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Core requirements: Strong experience in GenAI and data science, including Llama, Vertex AI, Google GenAI, model fine-tuning using LoRA adapters, data analysis, GraphRAG, context mining, and LLMOps.
• GenAI and data science, Llama, Vertex AI, GraphRAG, LLMOps, Langchain, LangGraph, Neo4j, Graph RAG, Cypher Language, LangFuse
• ML expertise: Deep knowledge of ML systems, including deterministic and near-symbolic models, regular model tuning, observability, governance, explainability, ethics, and compliance.
• Domain focus: Experience with insurance use cases such as underwriting and claims, including summarization, approval/denial strategies, and large-scale claims data applications.
• Platform and lifecycle: Ability to design and manage the full LLM lifecycle, including deployment strategy, response patterns, retraining decisions, performance monitoring, and multi-tenant model usage.
• Frameworks and tools: Familiarity with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, GCP Vertex agentic frameworks, Microsoft ecosystem integration, and wrapping application capabilities as tools.
