GenAI Engineer

Experience: 2+ Years

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with experience in building, integrating, testing, and deploying modern applications involving GenAI and backend systems.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Good understanding of RAG, Agentic AI workflows, and Knowledge Graph fundamentals.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and integrating AI/LLM capabilities with applications.
• Strong backend/application development knowledge, including APIs, access control/permissions, and frontend integrations.
• Understanding of event-driven architecture, Kafka, scheduled/Cron jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with application deployment, troubleshooting, bug fixing, testing, and production support.
• Ability to work across the application lifecycle, from development and integration to deployment and issue resolution.
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers/clients, understanding requirements, debugging issues, and communicating technical solutions.

Preferred Profile

• 2+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Hands-on coding ability and good problem-solving/debugging skills.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM-based application development is strongly preferred.
• Should be comfortable working across backend, frontend, AI integrations, deployment, and support.

Mandatory: RAG, Agentic AI, Knowledge Graph basics, MCP

Should be flexible with new tech stacks and must have a good attitude towards learning.
