GEN AI Developer

Requirements:

• Primary Skills: Gen AI, LLMs, RAG, Python, LangChain, Vector Databases, Azure OpenAI.
• Secondary Skills: Java, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker, CI/CD, Agentic AI, MLOps.

Generative AI and LLMs:

• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Knowledge of AI model evaluation and optimization techniques.

Programming:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Working knowledge of JavaSpringBoot, Microservices is preferred.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services.
• AI Frameworks and Tools: LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face.
• Vector Databases: Hands-on experience with one or more of Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Cloud: AWS, or GCP; Docker; CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing AI copilots, chatbots, knowledge assistants, or agentic AI solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and autonomous AI workflows.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, observability, and responsible AI practices.
• Exposure to MLOps concepts and deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and databases.
