Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Information Systems
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build AI-powered applications leveraging OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar models.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks using vector databases.
- Create prompts, AI agents, chatbots, and copilots for enterprise use cases.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM performance, accuracy, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI and data security best practices.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent systems.
- Exposure to MLOps/LLMOps tools.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 3-6 years of software development experience.
- Hands-on experience in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or similar GenAI platforms.
- Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Experience in REST APIs, Microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
