Gen AI - Agent Engineer | BI-HJCF

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver key initiatives such as Gen AI enhancements (Prompt improvements, Agents).
2. Lead EOL remediation, Platform upgrades (Python, libraries, IM upgrades) & Performance improvements for scalability, and resilience.
3. Drive incident management support and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
4. Drive adoption of Gen AIdriven automation capabilities
5. Act as the critical interface between business, operations, and technology teams
6. Provide structured updates on Delivery progress, Risks and dependencies
7. Lead and mentor a cross-functional squad (Developers, QA, Ops SMEs), drive a culture of Ownership and accountability, Continuous improvement, Collaboration across squads
8. Support upskilling in modern technologies (Gen AI, platform engineering)

Mandatory Experience

1. Experience in Python / Java-based ecosystems
2. GenAI - Production deployment of RAG, Agentic Systems
3. Proven experience in Agile delivery and squad leadership
4. Experience managing Platform upgrades and migrations, technical debt reduction / EOL remediation
5. Solid understanding of production support and incident management
6. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong Python development experience (debugging + writing optimized code)
2. Gen AI : Prompt/Context Engineering, Agents, Tools.
3. Strong knowledge of Foundation models from OpenAI /Anthropic
4. Git/GitHub, CI/CD (Jenkins)
5. Unix/Linux commands, SQL
6. RPA UIPath
