Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sourcing Manager to handle end-to-end procurement and vendor management for our growing D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source gemstones, crystals, Rudraksha, malas, jewellery & spiritual products.
• Develop and manage vendor/supplier networks across India.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms and delivery timelines.
• Evaluate gemstone quality, authenticity, treatment, origin and certification.
• Manage purchase orders, inventory requirements and landed costs.
• Identify alternate suppliers and new products/SKUs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales & Marketing for procurement requirements.
• Drive cost savings, quality improvement and timely procurement.

Must Have:

• 4–8 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement/Sourcing.
• Relevant experience in Gemstones/Jewellery/Crystals/Rudraksha/Spiritual Products.
• Strong existing vendor network across India.
• Good knowledge of gemstone quality, authenticity and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to independently identify and onboard suppliers.

Preferred:

Experience with gemstone certification/labs, diamonds, high-value gemstones, D2C/E-commerce or international sourcing.
