Gemstone sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage online sales of gems and jewelry products on various e-commerce platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through email, phone, and chat support to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with designers to create new product lines and manage inventory levels.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 3-12 years of experience in the gems & jewellery industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of gems, gold, silver, diamonds, and other precious metals.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction via multiple channels (email, phone, chat).
• Proficiency in managing online sales processes using e-commerce software.
