EY GDS Cybersecurity is seeking an experienced IAM AI Manager to help clients modernize their Identity and Access Management landscape through AI-led transformation. This role focuses on identifying where AI can improve IAM operations, governance, access risk management, privileged access, and non-human identity controls across enterprise environments.

You will work closely with clients and delivery teams to translate IAM challenges into practical, scalable, and reusable AI-enabled solutions. The role requires strong IAM domain understanding, consulting leadership, and the ability to shape solution approaches that improve identity lifecycle management, access governance, authentication, privileged access, compliance posture, and emerging areas such as agent, workload, and service identities.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of IAM experience, AI awareness, solution design capability, and stakeholder-facing communication skills. This profile is expected to guide discovery, define the IAM-AI vision, support PoCs and MVPs, and help clients adopt intelligent, risk-aware, and secure identity operations without losing focus on control, auditability, and business value.
