The GDS Alliances Investments Senior Analyst will be part of the Alliances Partner Operations CoE and will support the execution, governance, reporting, and operational management of the SAP PartnerEdge and SAP CCFlex programs within the broader Global Alliances ecosystem. The role is responsible for managing alliance investment and referral-related processes, validating and reconciling program data, tracking pipeline, referral, and commission metrics, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting to alliance leadership and key stakeholders.

The incumbent will use Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools to analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, monitor deal status, and provide actionable insights that support business decisions. The role will collaborate with global Alliance, Finance, Operations, and Business stakeholders to maintain data accuracy, support program governance, and enable seamless operational execution. The individual will also contribute to reporting automation, process improvements, strategic initiatives, and special projects that strengthen the effectiveness and scalability of SAP alliance investment and referral programs.

• Manage current operational activities supporting SAP PartnerEdge and SAP CCFlex programs, ensuring timely execution and alignment with applicable alliance requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and validation across systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of alliance investment, referral, commission, and pipeline data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, Excel-based reports, and tracking tools for leadership and stakeholder reporting.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, executive summaries, and governance metrics covering referrals, pipeline progression, commissions, and alliance investments.
• Track deal status, commission, pipeline progress to ensure visibility and accountability.
• Support compliance and governance requirements through accurate documentation, robust tracking, and adherence to defined processes.
• Involve in reporting automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency through practical, data-driven solutions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, status tracking, issue escalation, and timely follow-through on program activities.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development, reporting and visualization.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to work with large, complex spreadsheets and datasets.
• Strong experience in data reconciliation, validation, and data-quality management, with consistently high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify trends, risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Good email communication, action tracking, preparing reports, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to develop clear business content with limited initial guidance.

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks and collaborate across cross-functional teams to reach appropriate solutions.

• Exposure to reporting automation, process improvement, governance, or alliance operations is desirable.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Operations, Reporting, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Alliance Operations, or a related field.
• Experience supporting reporting, governance, referral programs, operational processes, or performance tracking is preferred.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in Analytics, Power BI, or Data Management are an added advantage.
