Job Summary Job Type Key Responsibilities Implementation Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes.
• Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
• Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality deployments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Client Engagement Enablement

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement transformation and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

AI Digital Transformation Initiatives

• Collaborate with product and data teams to implement AI-powered features such as: Intelligent invoice processing and automation, Predictive spend analytics and insights, Supplier risk scoring and recommendation engines
• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML into procurement workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Drive adoption of automation, chatbots, and AI assistants within procurement processes.
• Analyze client data to recommend data-driven optimizations and process improvements .
• Contribute to defining AI use cases, solution design, and value realization frameworks .
• Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation within procurement and enterprise SaaS.

Collaboration Leadership

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Project Management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client workshops, where required.

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
