Project Context

• Build an AI-powered contact center solution for a telecom organization.
• Objective is to increase automation, improve customer experience consistency, and reduce dependency on live agents through AI-driven workflows.

Mandatory Skills

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise.
• Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES/CXP) experience with customer journey orchestration and tracking.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions/tools, not just consuming AI services.
• Strong Python and JavaScript , NodeJS development experience.
• Full-stack development capabilities.
• Experience with source control and modern development practices.

Preferred Experience

• Contact Center / Customer Experience platforms.
• Conversational AI, workflow automation, and AI-driven customer engagement.
• Designing and implementing enterprise-scale AI applications.

Experience Level

• Senior profile with substantial industry experience.
• Candidates must demonstrate practical implementation experience across AI, GCP, and customer engagement platforms.
