GCP + Looker Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Looker Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Looker. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modeling, dashboard development, SQL, and cloud-based data warehousing technologies. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Build and manage LookML models, views, explores, and derived tables.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Partner with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance tuning, and governance standards.
• Integrate Looker with cloud data warehouses and enterprise data sources.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and implement enhancements.
• Support self-service analytics initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams on data pipeline and model design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
