Role & responsibilities

Must-Have***
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

• 3-8 years' experience in GCP data development
  • 3+ years experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development using dataflow, pubsub, dataproc, datstream, Data fusion and in a volume intensive data environment preferably in telecom industry.
  • Good knowledge in performance tuning of GCP data components, SQL, pipel ine and parallel processing concepts.
  • DBT data Build Tool and striim knowledge will be added advantage
  • Knowledge on SQL is must and Python will be an added advantage.
  • Good exposure in AI tools like Gemini Cloud Assist
  • Good Experience of Apigee and application integration.
  • Experience with GCP services like Cloud storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud SQl, Cloud Functions, composer is required.
  • Experience in working with Big query is a must.
  • Good understanding of database concepts like partitioning, stored procedures, function.
  • Experience in using Terraform for IAC.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, analytical ability and the ability to work effectively with systems technical staff and business users.
  • GCP certification is desired.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

Good-to-Have

GCP Data Engineering Certification

Exposure to AI tools like Gemini.
Good aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
