About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain large-scale data pipelines using GCP tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop scalable and efficient SQL queries to extract insights from massive datasets stored in BigQuery.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval on the Google Cloud Platform.
Job Requirements :
- 6-9 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Engineer or GCP Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language with expertise in working with GCP services like BigQuery, Dataflow etc.
- Experience with SQL querying languages (e.g., PostgreSQL) for complex data analysis.
