Role overview

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned countries and own the delivery and performance of PC services within agreed service levels.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, understand country needs and identify opportunities for service development and improvement.

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, securing competence development, engagement and succession planning.

Ensure accurate, timely, compliant and consistent delivery of PC services across countries and hubs.

Drive a customer-focused service culture by monitoring KPIs and SLA performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Coordinate with other Global Business Operations Specialists and PC Services Team Leaders within the hub to ensure a consistent service delivery.

Collaborate closely with Location Operational Services and Centres of Expertise to ensure aligned and standardized ways of working.

Secure compliance with global processes, policies, legal requirements and internal controls.

Create and maintain service delivery models and self-service resources that enable managers and co-workers to efficiently access People Culture services.

Manage escalations and support performance management, career development and the annual people cycle within the team.

You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, developing people and creating value for the business through excellent service delivery.
