Working in the Digital Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development, testing, rollout and support of new client facing features, working alongside product owners and other stakeholders. You will be working as part of our global team, and will shape and implement our strategic vision of a consumer-grade, industry beating, Digital Experience. Responsibilities

• Working in the Digital Engineering team, you will be responsible for the development, testing, rollout and support of new client facing features, working alongside product owners and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving programming or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in development with Java, SpringBoot, REST APIs
• Proficiency with algorithms, data structures and software design
• Experience in working with databases - NoSQL and/or Relational
• Proven to work independently in a fast paced and often multi-direction work environment
• Prior experience with working on high availability, mission critical systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microservice architectures and REST API
• Experience with Spring boot, Kafka, React
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and nosql (Dynamo/Mongo DB)
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Transaction Banking, Payment domain is plus
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is good to have
• Practical experience with containers is a plus
• Comfort with Agile operating models (practical experience of Scrum / Kanban)
• Open API Familiarity with experience in building external API using REST and Webhooks
