Position: Collection Executive - BDC (Off Roll)
Location: Amritsar

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
• Handle tele-calling and field collection activities.
• Achieve collection targets and reduce delinquency.
• Update collection records and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with branch and credit teams for recovery cases.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 Months+ Years of experience in collections, recovery, tele-calling, or customer service.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Local area knowledge of Amritsar preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
