GAT trainee

Role & responsibilities

Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.

• Perform routine quality inspections and testing as per SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and sample retention records.
• Ensure calibration and proper handling of laboratory instruments.
• Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and support corrective actions.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and provide quality-related feedback.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and safety requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Maintain laboratory housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams on quality issues.

Preferred candidate profile

To perform quality control testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
