Gastroenterologist- Ruby Hall Clinic Hinjawadi

Role & responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and provide appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret relevant diagnostic procedures, including GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and other gastroenterology procedures, as applicable.
• Manage emergency gastroenterology cases and provide timely clinical intervention.
• Coordinate with other specialists and departments for multidisciplinary patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, clinical standards, and patient safety practices.
• Provide counselling and education to patients and their attendants regarding diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• MD/DNB in General Medicine with DM/DNB in Gastroenterology.
• Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration.
• Relevant fellowship/certification in Gastroenterology or Endoscopy will be an added advantage.
