About this role
Position: Sr. Executive / Executive-Sample Development (QA / Garment Technician)
Location: Hulimavu, Bengaluru
Experience: Must have 5-10 years of experience.
Qualifications: Graduation in Textile/Fashion/Apparel or any related field.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor production closely and provide technical support when required to meet quality standards.
- Perform in-line inspection on the sewing floor for sample development to ensure quality standards and specifications as per buyer standards.
- Verify sample garments and Tech Packs
- Maintain Sampling fabric rack as per buyers' requirement.
- Maintain Fabric utilization records.
- Sample review and releasing fabric for cut.
- Indent follow-up to amend the changes required in the previous sample
- Implement quality assurance procedures, guidelines and checklists
- Conduct inspections
- Identify quality issues, analyze their root cause, and take necessary measures to improve the quality standards.
- Record inspection findings and Quality issues
- Analyze quality reports and prepare improvement plans
- Coordinate with buyers and internal stakeholders
