Garment Factory Manager

We are a leading garment manufacturing company with a workforce of over 500 employees and a state-of-the-art facility equipped with 300 machines. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the garment factory to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Organize and plan production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing training and development opportunities for staff.
• Implement best practices for quality control and process improvement.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for upper management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the garment manufacturing industry.
• At least 15 years of experience as a master in garment production.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in production management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
